Zendesk - logging a job
Navigate to the link: http://support.concerouk.com and click sign in with Microsoft.
Then click the sign up to Concero link and enter your work details
Once you sign up, you will get a message saying verify the link, but if you click the close button you will then be taken to a screen that says “sign in with Microsoft” if you click sign in and login in with your work email it will automatically take you to the Zendesk page.
Once on that page you can then click submit a request on the top right of the page
Another page will come up saying submit a request, this will ask you to fill in the details for the job you would like to request. You can also choose the priority of the job whether it is a low priority ticket such as password resets or a high priority such as network issues. Once this has been filled you can click submit.
After you click submit it will take you to the ticket that has been created, where it will show the ticket number and the conversations that you have had with the engineer that has been assigned to the job.
If you have logged a job and sign back into Zendesk you will see the main page, if you click the drop down next to your name you can choose “My Activities” which will show you all the jobs you may have logged.
Alternatively on the Zendesk page in the bottom right there is a “Chat with us” button and you can start communicating with one of our engineers.
