Outlook - Turn on Automatic Replies (Out of office)

Outlook Web (in web browser)

  1. Click the cog in the top right corner of Outlook.
  2. In the search box, start typing 'auto' > select 'Automatic replies'.
  3. Check the box 'Automatic replies on'.
     > If necessary, check 'Send replies only during a time period', Set a start and end time for the replies to be sent.
  4. Fill in your automated response in the edit boxes.
  5. Click Save.
