Cloud Drive Mapper authentication

The following article is how to check if you are authenticated on Cloud drive mapper. 

This will resolve issues regarding shared drives disappearing 

  1. locate the cloud drive mapper icon in the pop up menu on the right of the taskbar it will appear as a white cloud similar to the OneDrive icon
  2. click on the icon to bring up a small pop up menu
  3. click on authenticate
  4. sign in with your email address
  5.  your drives should start appearing again
